No, this not a view from my hotel room in Hong Kong - my girlfriend and I stayed at the Marco Polo at Harbour City with a lousy view. Nonetheless, the fantastic view of the Hong Kong island skyline can be seen from Aqua, a rather high-end restaurant (good thing we didn't pay for our lunch! Thanks Bien) at the penthouse of One Peking Road located at Tsim Sha Tsui Kowloon side.
The IFC Tower on the right side of the photo is one of the tallest building in the world.
Wonderful view, don't you think so?
This is my third trip to Hong Kong, and I just love this city.

Here's a view from my room at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Singapore. It was my first trip to the island city-state and the second place that I've gone to in Asia- the first was Hong Kong back in 1986 and 1997. The elevated highway leads to Changi Airport. EMC Corporation invited me for this trip for a press event. This photo was taken in September of 2002.
